Features

The machinery of a real auction house.

Proxy bidding, soft close, automatic relisting, collection codes, buyer's premium, and the rest of what a sale takes. All of it on a storefront that carries your name.

Bidding

The mechanics buyers judge you on

A bidder who has used a real auction house notices these in the first minute. They are the ones that decide whether the board looks trustworthy.

Proxy bidding

Bidders set their maximum once and the system bids on their behalf, raising them only as far as it must to hold the lead. When it takes the lead it pushes the previous bidder to their own limit first, so every jump on the board can be explained.

Soft close

A bid in the closing seconds pushes the clock back, and can push it back again. You choose the window that triggers it and how much time it buys. Out of the box, a bid inside the last minute adds another minute.

Increments on your terms

Set the minimum raise for your house, and decide whether bidders may work in cents or in whole dollars only.

Buyer's premium

Set your premium rate once and it applies to every item. Auctions already open keep the rate they opened on, so changing it never rewrites the terms of a live listing.

Scheduling & inventory

Getting a sale onto the board

Cataloguing is where the hours go. These are the parts that stop a sale from being retyped.

Your closing day

Choose whether every auction has to land on the day and time your sales close, with a minimum run length underneath it and a per-auction override for the item that needs one.

Relisting on your terms

Send unsold items back up on their own, at the same opening price or stepped down by a percentage or a fixed amount. Cap how many attempts an item gets, and set the floor that ends the run before it reaches giveaway.

Import the spreadsheet you already keep

Upload your item list under your own column names, map them on screen, pull photographs straight from URLs, and schedule the auctions in the same pass.

Post a whole sale in one action

Send up to 200 items to auction at once, each opening at its own price. The whole batch posts or none of it does, so a run never lands half-finished.

Fulfilment & payment

Collecting the money and clearing the floor

The half of the job that happens after the hammer, handled in the same system rather than in a notebook beside it.

Pickup, shipping, or both

Run a pickup-only warehouse, ship everything, or offer the buyer the choice, with more than one pickup location and the option to keep the exact address hidden until an item is won.

Collection codes at the counter

Every won item gets a collection code and a deadline, the buyer is warned as it approaches, and your staff have a screen that confirms they are releasing the right goods to the right person.

Shipping quoted in the open

The buyer requests a quote, your staff price it, and the buyer accepts and pays online. Quote expiry and the credit back to the collection deadline are handled for you.

Card payments and refunds

Take card payments into your own Stripe account, issue full or partial refunds, send receipts, and export the transaction ledger your bookkeeper asks for.

Cash on pickup, same books

Items settled in person at the counter land in the same ledger as everything paid online, so the day reconciles as one sale.

Storefront & brand

Your shop, not a category page

Buyers arrive at your storefront under your name. The platform directory is an extra door, not the front one.

A storefront of your own

Every seller gets a storefront of their own, with its own about and contact pages. Buyers browse your auctions under your name, not a category on someone else’s marketplace.

Your colours and your logo

Put your theme colours, your logo and your favicon on the storefront. Available on Pro and Enterprise.

Your own domain

Run the storefront on a domain you own, with certificates managed for you. Available on Pro and Enterprise; Starter runs on a platform subdomain.

White label

Remove platform branding from the storefront entirely. Enterprise only.

Listed on Explore

Opt into the platform directory and buyers browsing it see your location, how you hand goods over, and how many auctions you have open, then land in your shop.

Growth

Bringing the underbidder back

Most of a sale’s audience loses. These are the tools that get them to the next one.

Second-chance offers

Switch on a coupon for bidders who missed out on an item and it goes out without anyone remembering to send it. You set the value, the minimum spend, who qualifies, and how often the same bidder can get one.

Coupons

Issue percentage or fixed-value codes with a minimum spend and a redemption limit, applied by the buyer at checkout.

Newsletters from your own store

Send campaigns to your bidder list under your own store name and reply-to address, so it arrives as your shop rather than as the platform.

Outbid notices, instant or batched

Bidders are told the moment they are outbid, live on the page and by email, or batched into a digest when a fast-moving sale would otherwise fill an inbox.

Operations & trust

Running it with other people

What changes once the sale is bigger than one person, and what you can show a buyer who disputes it.

Staff roles

Give clerks, cashiers and managers only the permissions the job needs, capability by capability.

Audit log

Sensitive staff actions are recorded with who did what and when. That is the record you want when a buyer disputes what happened to an item.

Two-factor authentication

Staff accounts can be protected with a second factor.

Questions attached to the item

Buyers ask about a specific item and your staff answer in a threaded inbox, so a condition query stays with the item instead of getting lost in email.

See what each plan includes.

Active auctions, staff seats, listings and email allowances are the numbers that change between plans. The capabilities above do not.
